Second grade is an exciting time in the lives of children. It's a time of looking forward to new adventures in life and ever-increasing independence.
Throughout the year, we'll act as explorers, discovering, exploring, and delving into cycles, weather, sound, states of matter, and our local government and community. We'll also continue to transform the garden space outside our classroom, creating a better environment for plants, wildlife, and students.
We'll also be writing every day, both in Writer's Workshop and while working on integrated projects.
